Get Ready For Some Thunder!!!
The state fairgrounds in Escanaba is hosting the 2nd annual State Harley Owners Group Motorcycle Rally the weekend of August 27 through August 29 --- and they’re coming to town on Friday August 27th. The featured ride of the rally will take the majority of members from Escanaba, up US-41 to Bald Eagle in Marquette for an open house and then down M-35 where they’ll split off into two groups for a pig roast at The Up North Lodge and Full Throttle Bar & Grill. We are expecting 900 motorcycles (that’s right --- nine hundred!!!) to come through Gwinn and Little Lake on Friday afternoon and we’d like to roll out the welcome mat for them!! Please help us by displaying the following message on any marquee sign that you have in front of your business: “Welcome HOG Members --- Thanks for Stopping!” It would really show how much we appreciate their business! Thank-you in advance for supporting this!!! |
